    New Revenue Forecast for NM Has $225 Million Revenue Windfall

      SANTA FE — New Mexico's projected revenue windfall has dwindled to about $225 million because of falling prices for oil and natural gas, and Gov. Bill Richardson says he'll scale back his tax rebate and other economic assistance proposals for a special session later this week. A new revenue forecast was issued today.     Getting Back to Class

          School's back in session.     That includes Hodgin Elementary, where weekend rainstorms flooded 21 classrooms, a computer lab, offices and the teacher lounge. Crews worked throughout the school Monday, with fans, disinfectant and deodorizers.

      Pilot error appears to have caused the recent crash of an Eclipse 500 jet at a small airport in Pennsylvania, according to a preliminary report by federal investigators.
